Meet Derrik

In 2014, Texas native Derrik Davis opened The Davis Agency, bringing a full-service, forward-thinking real estate concept to the Austin and Houston markets. After graduating from the University of Houston’s prestigious Conrad N. Hilton College of Hotel and Restaurant Management, Derrik made his first real estate investment, buying a house in Houston’s historic-turned-hip Heights neighborhood. The experience left him enamored with the home-purchasing process, from initial hunt to final closing. Considering it a calling, he acquired his salesperson license in 2006, working with several of Austin’s top firms while establishing a reputation as a well-respected and innovative agent.

The Davis Agency is a boutique agency specializing in residential real estate, investment properties and development opportunities.
